Benefits of Coconut Water

I have a deep love for coconut water; I crave it all day long and in the middle of the night, too. It has a sweet, nutty flavor and is such a thirst quencher for me. I usually pour it over lots of ice and squeeze in a bit of lime juice. It tastes so tropical that it makes me think of dozing off on a white sandy beach with a coconut in one hand and good book in the other. There are many benefits to coconut water, including the fact that it is a mega hydrator! See below for health benefits of coconut water:
