Favorite Snacks

Sitting at a desk all day long I’ve developed a snacking schedule to get me through the day Having those little breaks to look forward to is a great way to get things done and reward myself afterwards. I try to only stock my desk with healthy snacks so they give me energy and nutrients. I also drink tea all day long (Numi organic brown rice) and water. Here are my favorite snacks to have throughout the day:

  1. dried unsweetened mango
  2. apples and almond butter
  3. oatmeal with honey and berries
  4. dark chocolate covered almonds
  5. trail mix
  6. fresh fruit
  7. Lara bars
  8. Evolution juice: protein power greens
  9. dried coconut slices
  10. dill pickle popcorn

Most of these delicious snacks can be found at Trader Joe’s.
