Sitting at a desk all day long I’ve developed a snacking schedule to get me through the day Having those little breaks to look forward to is a great way to get things done and reward myself afterwards. I try to only stock my desk with healthy snacks so they give me energy and nutrients. I also drink tea all day long (Numi organic brown rice) and water. Here are my favorite snacks to have throughout the day:
- dried unsweetened mango
- apples and almond butter
- oatmeal with honey and berries
- dark chocolate covered almonds
- trail mix
- fresh fruit
- Lara bars
- Evolution juice: protein power greens
- dried coconut slices
- dill pickle popcorn
