I recently discovered a podcast called The Wellness Wonderland and feel like it has changed my life! I was searching for a yoga / nutrition show to listen to and came upon this hidden beauty. Every day after work now I find myself walking along the waterfront listening to this super positive podcast. Katie Dalebout is the host and each week she interviews wellness bloggers, nutritional coaches, yoga instructors; people in the wellness community who have fantastic advice and inspiring words. She always asks them how they came upon the wellness lifestyle, their morning and nightly routines and favorite healthy meals to make. Katie has a book out called Let it Out, and after reading the sample on my kindle I also sampled similar titles from people she has interviewed. Now I can’t wait to read them all, hopefully while lying in the sun with a green smoothie!
