New Foods to Try

Lately the wellness lifestyle has been of a huge interest to me, and I have been hearing about all sorts of new types of food that I have yet to try. My goal is to test out one new food a week, and to incorporate more organic fruits and veggies into my diet. These are the foods I am planning on cooking with:

  1. sauerkraut
  2. hemp seeds  
  3. tahini 
  4. tempeh 
  5. sea clear

I will post pics and recipes as I try these superfoods out! My current favorites are quinoa, kale, chia seeds and radishes. Check out my Pinterest board for more recipes:
