I have been doing yoga for 10 years now, but only recently have I made it a habit to do weekly. I have noticed so many benefits other than just the physical side including relaxation, mindfulness and peace. Lately I have been craving yoga daily, and try to go on my lunch break to the 12-1 class. It is hot yoga, and each class is different from the next. I leave feeling refreshed and calm… much needed to finish the afternoons at work! This sign was posted outside of the classroom a few weeks ago, and it really stuck with me. I have ended class saying namaste hundreds of times, and always thought it meant thank you! Now whenever I finish class the word means so much more.
